Myth and fact no 1: I do not ovulate regularly does it matter as I do not plan to have children. Having children or not is your decision it does not matter. But if you are not ovulating each month your boy will be depriving of various vital and important hormones, progesterone which makes you so much weak. As being weak you are more susceptible to the estrogen dominance conditions like breast cancer, Fibroid.

Myth and fact no 2: a getting period regularly means I must be ovulating. If you are having regular period it does not means that you are ovulating. As the estrogen production increases and decreases month by month to signal the progress and maturity of the uterine lining and subsequent shedding. Getting regular ovulation is essential to balance the healthy hormone regardless of maternity plans.

Myth and fact no 3: I cannot have PCOS because I had ultrasound and it shows no cysts on my ovaries. The full form of PCOS is Poly-cystic ovarian syndrome so do not go by the name as this PCOS does not mean to have cysts present on the ovaries. Our body has unique work flow it breaks down and resolves cysts regularly so presence of cyst does not matter. This PCOS syndrome is defined on the basis of presence of symptoms that also includes these like infertility, acne and oily skin, weight gain, head hair loss, excess facial/body hair, insulin resistance, poor glucose tolerance, irregular menstrual cycles.

Myth and fact no 4: Nothing can be wrong hormonally as the blood test was fine. Positive thinking is good but when it comes to health the hormonal blood test are the poor predications of health or disease. As the reference range is much broader and Reference ranges for hormones must be set by health screening of the people who are used to set the range for any reproductive disorders such as fibroid, breast cancer PCOS, irregular menses, heavy menses, painful periods, infertility, etc. And select the only those who have perfect period timings and who ovulate every month at mid-scale. So set those people as a range for measurement of the blood test and symptoms of PCOS syndrome.

Myth and fact no 5: the persons with PCOS syndrome or fibroid, they cannot have children and they can have children if they undergo aggressive fertility treatments. In actual you can have children if you posses any of these symptoms of these condition because they do not create infertility directly. As it depends upon the condition how severe it is, you can have a combination of therapies like surgery and drugs both. If you undergo a homeopathic treatment it can alone be sufficient for solving the problem.

Myth and fact no 6: The natural therapies have no support by research and studies. The natural therapies like, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, vitamins have many researches that prove them to be correct on scientific scale. In past time the research for PCOS syndrome was very sparse but now the public interest has brought up those to the limelight.

Any couple that has ever experienced a difficult struggle to conceive can surely testify to infertility as a source of major anxiety, frustration, and even alarm. There are, of course, different treatments and solutions available, but what makes the condition of infertility especially vexing is that pinpointing the source of it can be next to impossible. With that said, any woman who is concerned about infertility should be aware of a condition called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). There is a link between PCOS and infertility, so while this condition is not always the root of an inability to conceive, it is certainly a common enough factor; indeed, with anywhere from 5 to 10% of women at childbearing age suffering from this disorder, it is the most common women’s hormonal condition there is.

If you are afflicted with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and it’s obstructing your fertility, you’ll probably experience some fairly clear physical symptoms. You may find that you only have nine or fewer menstrual cycles per year; you may also find that bleeding is much heavier than normal during your period. These conditions occur because PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) leads, ultimately, to a failure to produce the kinds of hormones needed to keep the menstrual cycle regular.

It’s important to any understanding of PCOS and infertility to know that as many as 8 out of 10 women suffering from PCOS also suffer from Insulin Resistance, which is really what throws the hormones out of balance. The inability of the body to properly respond to insulin acts on the ovaries by causing a production of excess male hormones–and the effects of this are, as you can surely imagine, far-reaching. They can include the prevention of ovulation, but also weight loss, the development of various skin conditions, and the growth of abnormal facial and body hair. All of these symptoms can be distressing, of course, but for many women it is the infertility that is most heartbreaking.

So the condition is serious–but is it treatable? Here the news is quite good, as PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) is actually reversible. The first, and perhaps the most significant, step to take is to learn about the resources and supplements offered by Insulite Labs. Insulite Labs is typically regarded as a leading name in this field, and their Insulite PCOS System offers a medically sound way to decrease the level of testosterone produced in the body, which can basically reverse the condition itself.

The other thing to do is simply to embark upon a healthier lifestyle–something that might include the intake of a more balanced and healthy diet; a serious but realistic exercise program; and, if possible, a network of folks who can provide you with guidance, support, and accountability. Remember that there are many causes of infertility, and many symptoms of PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome)–and that in many cases, this condition is misdiagnosed. Pinning it down can be difficult, but the good news is that, as elusive as the condition is, it’s also quite treatable, so there is no reason for dismay or for hopelessness.

Learn more about the subject of infertility and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and how it could be affecting your ability to get pregnant, visit us on the web at http://pcos.insulitelabs.com.Insulite Laboratories, a Boulder, Colorado USA based company, is committed to reversing Insulin Resistance – a potentially dangerous imbalance of blood glucose and insulin. Scientific research has revealed that this disorder can be a primary cause of excess weight gain and obesity, plus Pre-Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes. Insulin Resistance can also underlie the cluster of increased risk factors for cardiovascular damage called Metabolic Syndrome (Syndrome X) as well as PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) – a major source of serious diseases as well as heartbreaking female infertility.

Recognizing that there are millions of people who need this kind of systematic approach to reversing insulin resistance, Insulite Laboratories has, developed systems to address the underlying causes of metabolic syndrome, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), excess weight/obesity, pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes.

Women who are trying to become pregnant have to contend with a lot of issues before they make their decision and then when attempting to conceive. There is one problem that many women do not know about which affects and estimated one in ten; Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. PCOS and infertility have been linked by many studies in regards to becoming pregnant and in studies of miscarriages too.

So what is PCOS? PCOS is an irregularity on some women’s ovaries that make them produces too much androgenic hormones which are male hormones such as testosterone. Women all have some testosterone but only about one seventh of what a man has, this does not sit well with a woman’s physiology especially in the reproductive system where the hormone imbalance wreaks havoc.

The menstrual cycle can become very erratic which PCOS as the hormones that trigger egg production and other parts of the system do not get their messages through all the time or too often at other times making it very hard to know when the prime time for becoming pregnant is and effecting mood heavily. This hormonal imbalance has also been linked directly with an increased chance of miscarriage in PCOS women. While PCOS and infertility often go together the womb and eggs are not affected thankfully only the systems that surround them so if the hormone levels are put back in proper order your chances of pregnancy and healthy delivery are greatly improved.

If your menstrual cycle is erratic you may have PCOS but only you health care provider can say for sure but other symptoms of this condition are: weight gain, acne, facial hair, insulin resistance and ovarian cysts. IF you are worried about PCOS and infertility and believe you may be one of the 10% of women with this condition please see a doctor to confirm but know there are natural and healthy treatments that are proven to work without the use of harsh drugs.

What You Need to Know about PCOS and Infertility

Infertility is one of the biggest issues that couples have been facing for a long time. Infertility is the failure to get pregnant after a year of unprotected intercourse. Although a lot of people have had the displeasure of undergoing such an ordeal, it is still unclear at times what is the cause of this unfortunate experience. However, studies have uncovered quite a few that could be the cause of such. One of them is a medical condition called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS. Also referred to as Stein-Leventhal Syndrome, PCOS and infertility is a condition that affects up to fifteen percent of the women within reproductive age in society today. Among all the women who are diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome, forty to eighty percent of them will have a problem with fertility. The reason for this wide statistic is that polycystic ovary syndrome is a complex metabolic syndrome, with multiple factors that can interfere with fertility.

Way back then, PCOS and infertility was thought to be an anatomical anomaly which prohibited ovulation because of a thickened coating that formed in the ovaries. A woman with PCOS does not have a normal and regular menstrual cycle and ovulation cycle as well. However, nowadays it has been discovered to be caused by an imbalance in the hormones. The lack of ability of some women who are afflicted with polycystic ovary syndrome to generate and release an egg cell is because of a multifaceted network of multiple hormone imbalances. The hormones that are usually involved in PCOS include estrogens, progesterone, luteinizing hormone, insulin, androgens, and follicle stimulating hormone, adrenal hormones, prolactin and thyroid hormones to name some. All of these hormones influence each other in one way or another. There are a few other signs and symptoms that you may find in a patient who is afflicted with PCOS and is therefore having infertility issues. These include obesity, skin tags and acanthosis nigricans, which is a dark and velvety patch that can usually be found on the inner thighs or neck.

While PCOS and infertility are serious conditions, it is not nearly as impossible as it was before to have a baby. With all the advances in modern technology these days, experts in the field of medicine and reproductive sciences will be able to help prescribe a regimen or treatment that you can participate in and make use of to aid you to have a baby.
