Me and my partner have been TTC since xmas, and I know that compared to some people this might not be a long time but my cycles seem to be different every month, some months I have 29-30 days and this month have had 26 days etc so im finding it really hard to pin point ovulation. I did try BBT charting for a while but this is impractical for me as I work shifts and cannot seem to record any accurate results, so I was wondering has anyone tried the clear blue fertility monitor and had any success or find this easier to use?? Any comments or advice would be brilliant as I this is quite expensive to buy and don’t want to purchase it if it isn’t worth it.

yes yes yes !!! its so simple, and its great for women whos cycles vary month by month, BBT only tells you when you ovulate by which time its too late, the most fertile time is a few days before. look on amazon and e bay. go on the clear blue website to read all about it, make sure your maximum cycle length is ok for the monitor, it says it on the site.

it is well worth it!
no more guessing although you should use it
a few months, because the monitor gave me only LOW readings for 20 tests. I was nervous something was wrong but the 2nd month I got HIGH on day 14 and PEAK on day 15 it takes 3 months for the monitor to "get to know you" in some cases.
You should definitely look into it since your cycles may be longer or shorter than you think.
BEST OF LUCK

Since your cycles are irregular, it will be difficult to determine when you ovulate since ovulation only occurs for 24-48 hours. Instead of buying a name brand, there are generics available that work exactly the same way for a lot less money.
