Has anyone used Herbal supplements to treat infertility and end up pregnant?

I want to know if anyone has ever taken herbs (and no prescription drugs) and was able to go on to conceive. If so, what kind of herbs did you try and for how long?
I have been reading about different herbs such as Maca that is supposed to regulate a woman’s hormones naturally. ***My background I am 28, i do not have kids, I have been diagnosed with PCOS, I produce more estrogen and not enough progesterone, and I have been trying to conceive for quite some time now without any luck. I plan to get insurance at my job in May during open enrollement so I can get fertility medicine but I am hoping that maybe if I try the herbal route that it may work and I can finally be a mommy.
Thank you in advance,
Melissa

Most people use Chinese herbal to treat infertility. My suggestion is it is better if you ask someone expert about this or maybe you can ask doctor in case they can recommend you something better =)

"The Infertility Cure" by Dr. Randine Lewis provides background and information on herbs that you can take to increase your fertility. She even talks specifically about treating PCOS with herbs and acupuncture. I would recommend reading the book because her recommendation will depend on your own personal symptoms. I am on my second month of trying this method, I am hoping it will help me. If you are interested, check out the reviews of this book on amazon.com, there seem to be quite a few women who have had success with it. Good luck!
