I was wondering if a males scrotum is positioned front to back instead of side to side if it can cause infertility? And are there many men with this condition?

I’ve never heard of that condition. This guy could get a job in some kind of side show I’m sure.

Front to back instead of side to side?
If you mean that one testicle sits behind the other instead of next to it’s neighbor, that is not unusual, and shouldn’t have any effect on fertility.
I mean, if it were a factor, maybe I would have 12 kids instead of just 6….
